These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Loopmello platform. By creating an account or using the

platform, you agree to these terms.

2. The Platform

Loopmello is a SaaS platform that enables brands to collect feedback and manage community and loyalty

interactions. Loopmello acts as a platform provider and intermediary.

3. Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

• Loopmello reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

• Users are responsible for the content they submit.

• Content must not be illegal, harmful, or abusive.

• Loopmello does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Upload malicious or illegal content

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All platform-related intellectual property (software, branding, design) belongs to Loopmello or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform.

7. Availability & MVP Disclaimer

Loopmello is currently offered as an MVP (version 1). Features may change, break, or be removed.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Loopmello is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Loopmello is not responsible for decisions made based on user-generated feedback

• Use of the platform is at your own risk

9. Termination

You may stop using Loopmello at any time. Loopmello may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
